Today I will share with you simple solutions how you can take control of your health by using energy healing and discuss research proving its efficacy.
Feel Thyself/Heal Thyself
You probably are familiar with some forms of energy healing. Reiki seem to be everywhere these days even in many hospitals, nurses use reiki to prepare a patient for surgery — calming them, and in post surgery to heal more quickly and painlessly.
Another form of ‘quick’ healing is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or ‘tapping’, created by a medical doctor after studying the Chinese acupuncture system. There are studies on the government’s NIH PubMed website that found EFT calms students before exams, and also helps eliminate PTSD in veterans.

To feel love — allow yourself to love yourself
This may sound silly but many people feel unworthy, guilty, afraid of success or blame themselves if they ‘fail’ at something. In short, we are very hard on ourselves.
The key is to nurture ourselves first; love ourself first. And with a fuller heart, others automatically feel better around us. This is proven in many research studies (eg, meditation and yoga improve health, creativity, productivity, and purpose). Would you like a simple way to make yourself feel better any time, anywhere?
The ‘Love’ Game
Here’s a simple game to feel better in seconds. At home or work, take a breath and relax, and think of something you truly love – a spouse, child, the beach, a song or painting. Put your hands on your heart and feel the love in your heart grow as you breathe and think of what you love most. That’s it – 10 seconds and you have put yourself in a better heart and mind-set. Research proves this. Choose to experience love, peace, and joy a few seconds throughout the day and you train your heart to live a life of wellness, love, and joy.
Another key to wellness is living our life purpose and dreams. You can play this game imagining living your dreams and find miracles all areas of your life.
